Pinnertest Food Intolerance Test Review

Did you know that a food intolerance is different than a food allergy? That food intolerances can cause symptoms like bloating, acid reflux, brain fog, etc. anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days later?!

Yeah, I didn’t either! I knew certain foods could cause an array of issues, but didn’t know much more than that before taking this Pinnertest food intolerance test.

First, I’ll take you through what Pinnertest is. Second, I’ll share with you my results and if I think they’re accurate!

Versatile & Healthy Ground Beef Recipe

Every Monday night, my fiance and I love to make a meal that helps to start our week off on a healthy note, but also tastes amazing. Thus, every Monday night we make this simply (yet delicious) ground beef to serve alongside roasted zucchini, and jasmine rice.

The best part about this meal? It’s so easy! I mean, c’mon… what’s better than an delicious and easy to prepare meal?!

However, my fiance and I have learned something interesting about the star ingredient in our favorite meal, the beef: the type of beef we use - grass fed versus grain fed - makes a HUGE difference!

When Motivation is Low (or Nonexistent)

You will not always be motivated. There will be days, weeks, months where your motivation will run low.

This is when your true colors show.

When motivation is gone, dedication kicks in. Dedication is what will get you to your goals. Dedication is what will keep you going when you're tired, you're busy, you just don't feel like it.

If there's anything that this fitness journey has taught me, it's that dedication > motivation. So, accept that now and practice dedication. This will translate into every part of your life. You'll notice. Others will notice.

So this doesn't mean you can't make an effort to re-discover that motivation; here are a few tips to find some of that motivation.

Review: Moink Box, the Ethically Sourced Meat Subscription Service

At this point, I think we’ve all seen or heard of documentaries/videos/stories that expose where the majority our meats are sourced from…and it is not pretty.

I’ve struggled with this knowledge many times when going to purchase my meats. Do I go for the more expensive meat in the stores that claims they’re obtained in a sustainable way? How do I even know if the claim is true? Does it taste different? Is it worth it? For the first time, I know where I stand on these questions, thanks to Moink Box.

Perfect Protein "Ice Cream" Recipe

I always see AMAZING looking protein "ice cream" on Instagram with super thick, amazing looking texture. BUT I could could never get mine to the same consistency - it felt like a Pinterest fail every time.

However, I think I've finally found the formula that works for me! The recipe goes like this...

Should you cut out certain foods from your diet?

If you're trying to lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle, should you cut out certain foods from your diet? No sugar? No processed foods? No fruit?

My opinion? No, you should not cut out any foods you enjoy because sustainable diets are actually lifestyles. My belief is all foods in moderation. That means I think you can still have a donut or an Oreo or bananas, but maybe not every single day or mass amounts in one sitting.

My Diet-Style

Okay, so you've heard "abs are made in the kitchen" - well, what does that mean? Should I only eat veggies? But what about my sweet tooth? Do I just have to stop eating all together?!

The answer to those questions? No, no, and no! The motto of my diet-style is balance and moderation. Food to fuel my fitness goals, as well as my inner foodie! Okay, but what does that actually look like? A combination of IIFYM, Clean Eating, and Intuitive Eating
